CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Nov. 13, 2017 – Charlotte’s Jazz Arts Initiative (JAI) rings in the holiday season with a special edition of the acclaimed Jazz Room Series. The entire family will enjoy “Holiday Edition Celebration: Piano Night” on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 6:30pm at the Blumenthal Booth Playhouse, 130 North Tryon Street in Charlotte. The evening will feature five of the most gifted jazz pianists from the Charlotte region along with special guest artists performing a wide selection of seasonal and holiday favorites.

All attendees are welcome to enjoy a pre-show reception from 5:30-6:30PM featuring complimentary appetizers from some of the finest center city restaurants and a special silent auction with some impressive items up for bid. This special holiday show is for all ages and a major fundraiser to support the JAI Jazz Academy and Performance programs. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door (if available) and can be purchased at CaroilinaTix.org or by calling 704-372-1000.
