RALEIGH, N.C. – March 13, 2018:  Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in Central North Carolina, is proud to announce the hire of Real Estate Broker Trish Sweeney-Lowe. A top-producing Triangle Realtor, Sweeney-Lowe joined the residential real estate company’s Chapel Hill office located at 1600 East Franklin Street to support her clients better.

“It is such an honor that Trish has decided to join the Chapel Hill Office. Trish and her team bring a level of competency and professionalism valued in today’s Real Estate Market,” said Randy Cox, sales manager and broker-in-charge of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Chapel Hill Office.

The company’s real estate sales office with more than 80 agents and staff, Sweeney-Lowe was impressed with the close-knit setting and the sense of family and support she felt upon meeting the Chapel Hill team. “Randy Cox is the reason I’m excited about coming back to Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. He has built a great team of professionals at the Chapel Hill office. There’s energy and enthusiasm there, and I am happy to be a part of that,” said Sweeney-Lowe. “Randy doesn’t just run an office, he partners with his agents and this is evident in how he and his team worked tirelessly to onboard me and my partners. He made what could have been an incredibly stressful transition, as stress-free as possible. I can hit the ground running now and have Randy and his team to thank for that.”

Sweeney-Lowe obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2014 and has quickly become a top-producing agent making her main focus be the best interest of her clients. “My favorite part of my job is listening more than I speak. I believe in knowing more about my clients, than they know about me. Their needs, wants, and future aspirations are at the heart of my focus,” said Sweeney-Lowe. “I revel to my client in their selling more than they thought they could get, and I help my buyers get a home for less than they thought they would. For both my buyer and seller clients, they are happier than they ever thought they would be in their new homes and communities.”

Originally from Westchester County, NY, Sweeney- Lowe and her family relocated to North Carolina in 2005. “Once I moved here, I never looked back. The best beaches on the East Coast are here in NC, two and a half hours from the Triangle, and the most beautiful mountains two hours West of the Triangle. I love that we have an engaged public community and we are a welcoming state,” said Sweeney-Lowe.

She is an avid reader, dog enthusiast, and enjoys writing. “When I retire, I’ll pull together the crazier moments from both my teaching career and my real estate career and finally write that book I’ve always wanted to,” said Sweeney-Lowe.

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston operates 15 real estate sales offices in North Carolina from Mebane in the west to Goldsboro in the east. Those interested in joining the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston real estate team may visit www.joinhpw.com for further information.
